Food items are perishable and cannot be returned once prepared or delivered.
Refunds may be considered in genuine cases such as incorrect orders, missing items, or quality concerns, provided they are reported promptly.
Refunds will not be provided for taste preferences, change of mind, delivery delays by third parties, or incorrect customer details.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit within 5–10 business days.
Refunds for Swiggy or Zomato orders must be handled through their respective platforms.
Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Catering orders may have separate cancellation terms.
Devifusion reserves the right to reject fraudulent or unjustified refund claims.
Liability is limited strictly to the value of the affected order.
Devifusion operates with strict hygiene and quality standards. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any unforeseen incidents including allergic reactions, health issues not caused by proven negligence, delivery delays, third-party failures, or accidents at customer premises or event venues.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis, subject to operational conditions.
